This first moon of the 2022 has been an intense one for me. I was struggling with anger and releasing. During my own personal yoga practice, I started thinking about birds. I was imagining myself as a bird and releasing fetters or shackles that keep me from flying free.
Negativity has been an issue for me the past few days and it has really hampered my ability to let go and enjoy New Year's. I know that there is *a lot* going on in the world. Feeling angry is a perfectly valid way of feeling right now. However, I try not to let myself dwell because I've had lots of practice being stagnant.
So, I wrote this short meditation for the New Moon. I invite all you Wild Souls to fly free too, to find what holds us back this New Moon and fly free. No wings necessary!
